Georgia Man Dies from Car Accident

A local Georgia newspaper reported that 'a local man succumbs to injuries from auto accident.'

Matthew Stalvey lost control of his 1997 Chevy Blazer when he was driving east on Highway 52 near Yahoola Creek Park.

The Georgia State Patrol reported that he was ejected from his truck after his truck struck a guardrail and then overturned.

He was then airlifted from the scene of the car accident. Matthew was only 21 years old and from Lumpkin County of Georgia.

'His injuries proved too serious to overcome as Stalvey never regained consciousness after the accident.'

Our thoughts are with Matthew's family.
