This is Doug Stanhope, a comedian. In this clip he talks about the issue of on-line predators and makes fun of how over-blown the issue is in the media. At one point during the clip, someone in the audience starts calling him a "f---ing pedo". (Could there have been a PJ member in the club that night?) Stanhope better be careful.
