Westlaw Key Number Digest: Update

The Key Number Digest on Westlaw has been updated.  The topic of Criminal Law was expanded and new key numbers were added.  Other topics that were revised are: Automobiles, Innkeepers, Insurance, Negligence, and Sentencing and Punishment.  The good news is that Westlaw users can search by using new or old key numbers.

If you are searching for a relevant key number in a particular jurisdiction use the  Search for Key Numbers tool.  Enter keywords or terms in the search box, then select a jurisdiction.  On the resulting page will be headings and key numbers in that jurisdiction.  If you want to compare or change jurisdictions you can do so on this page.   A list of cases and links to them will result by clicking on one of the key numbers.
