TMLC Files Suit Over DHS Report

The Thomas More Law Center seems intent on keeping their perfect record of failure alive, filing suit on behalf of Michael Savage against the government for putting out a report on the dangers of right wing extremists. You can see the complaint here. It's absolutely laughable. If a second year law student turned this in to a con law class, the professor would have to wait for the laughter to die down before marking a giant 'F' on top of the page.

As usual, the complaint is full of little more than political boilerplate. There's no way in hell this thing survives a motion to dismiss.
