Service Problems: Updated

Update (6:11 pm) : The catalog is back up.

Two problems have hit us at once, making service less than optimal. 
  • Web forms are not working, due to a problem at our ISP. You can still send reference questions to us at masslawlib@hotmail.com or document delivery requests to docdelivery@hotmail.com. Your email will end up with the same people who would otherwise have received your form information.
  • The catalog, hosted by another vendor, is also down. We don't have a solution for this one. The vendor is working on it, and as soon as the problem is corrected, we'll update our twitter feed to let you know.
To add insult to injury, the libraries will be closed on Monday April 20 for Patriots' Day. 
Our service expectations are much higher than we are delivering right now, and we sincerely apologize for the hassle. We hope to have all services up and running as soon as possible.
