I'm home-ward bound! Excited for April (the new job and of course the Month of the Alleged Lady, followed closely by none-other than the MOD or Month of Daisy) and hoping that upon my return Chicago has finally warmed up.

1 cup of ketchup
3 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
1 small finely diced onion
1 package chicken (Typically I grill breasts & drumsticks)
Add all ingredients & bring to a low boil in a small sauce pan. After it cools, transfer to a gallon-sized freezer bag along with the raw chicken. Allow to soak overnight. Remove chicken from bag & transfer to the grill. Pour remaining sauce into small sauce pan & bring to a boil, occasionally brushing onto the chicken as it grills over medium heat. Delicious!!
