"Financial Crack" Dealer Now Offering FAST Cash Now

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

Cash Now Pusher Structured Asset Funding, who we affectionately refer to as a "financial crack dealer" due to its irresponsible promotion to the gullible of a Ferrari and a boat as reasons to sell your structured settlement payment rights.

Now the folks who hatched the same "123 Lump Dumb" scheme are pushing a new scheme "FAST Cash Now". We have already established that cash now is a fraudulent advertising scheme perpetuated by a number of factoring companies and we have "video testimony" of the General Counsel of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers as well as a writing from an officer of that organization to support this.

To a reasonable person and most dictionaries, "NOW" means "immediately" or "at once". So does FAST Cash Now mean faster than immediately or faster than at once (a physical impossibility)? C'mon!  The question that the Federal Trade Commission should be asking is do Michael Asseff, Andrew Savysky and "crew" deliver what they advertise)? If I was a competitor of Structured Asset Funding (which I am not) I might ask the same thing.

The aformentioned SAF principals are the named members of Bentzen Funding Solutions Download Bentzen Funding Solutions LLC Annual Report 1-8-2009 , the company that has infiltrated the structured settlement industry, whose President stated in December 2007 that 90% of the settlement planners and brokers she does business with take her "kickbacks". BFS company President Rhonda Bentzen, at times becoming unglued, notably led the charge against a structured settlement transparency initiative which would have better informed tort victims, lawyers and other interested properties of what had been clandestine factoring business practices within the structured settlement industry.
