: Legal Pad | LAMenden joins Sonnenschein's venture technology group

Craig Menden has joined Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP as a partner in the firm?s venture technology group.
Menden advises technology companies, including those involved with networking, Internet and computer software and hardware. He also works with clients in the medical technology field. Among Menden?s recently completed deals, in which he served as lead counsel, are the $640 million acquisition of Postini by Google and Intuit?s $1.2 billion purchase of Digital Insight Corporation.
Menden received a J.D. degree, Order of the Coif, from the University of Utah College Law and a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University. He comes to Sonnenschein from Fenwick & West LLP.
He will reside in Sonnenschein?s Silicon Valley office, located in Palo Alto.
