6th Circuit sends harms to minors case to Ohio Supreme Court

The 6th Circuit has certified a number of questions regarding Ohio Revised Code § 2907.31(D)(1)--which prohibits the "dissemination or display of material harmful to juveniles"--to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
