Anonymous Active Duty Officer Cites Drudge Report as Inspiration to Consent

By Phil

ADVERTISEMENTS

This particular story is getting even more coverage, as the individual noted a link from the Drudge Report to a recent article about 1st Lt. Easterling as inspiration for their consent to an upcoming Court case Dr. Taitz is putting together to order the release of the President’s vital documentation.

Coverage:

Another U.S. soldier on active duty in Iraq is joining a challenge to President Obama’s eligibility to be commander-in-chief, citing WND’s report on 1st Lt. Scott Easterling, who has agreed to be a plaintiff in a lawsuit over the issue, as his inspiration.

“I was inspired by 1LT Easterling’s story and am writing you to inform you that I would like to be added as a plaintiff against Obama as well if you feel it would help your case,” said the soldier, identified for this report only as a reservist now on active duty in Iraq. …

The second soldier wrote, “I am an Army reservist who was activated last August and am currently serving with a military police battalion in Camp Bucca, Iraq. I will be here until at least June 2009.”

He continued, “When I enlisted last year I had to show my birth certificate, as well as my driver’s license, high school diploma, college transcripts, social security card; I also filled out loads of paperwork to include listing the names, addresses and phone numbers of my family members and had to answer any questions regarding foreign travel. …

“I think it is reasonable for Obama to prove his citizenship status thus certifying his eligibility. I too raised my right hand and swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States,” he told Taitz. “I believe the case you are filing could very well determine if we are in fact a Constitutional Republic or a nation of mob rule. I would be honored to be a part of your efforts.”

Perhaps anticipating a wave of outrage from Obama supporters, he asked that he be given no “unnecessary publicity,” although his name eventually would become public when a case is filed.

The Plaintiffs in this upcoming lawsuit include the following:

The Consent form and this Officer’s letter follows…

DATE: February 24, 2009

Attn. Orly
Taitz,
Esq.
26302 La Paz, Ste. 211
Mission Viejo, CA 92691

I
agree to be a plaintiff in the legal action to be filed by Orly Taitz, Esq. in a PETITION FOR A DECLARATORY JUDGEMENT THAT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA IS NOT QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT of the U.S., nor TO BE  COMMANDER IN CHIEF of the U.S. ARMED FORCES, in that I am or was a sworn member of the U.S. military (subject to recall), and therefore when serving as an active member of the military, I would be unable to follow any orders given by a Constitutionally unqualified Commander In Chief, since by doing so I would be subject to charges of aiding and abetting fraud and committing acts of treason.

TYPED NAME or Signature:  SIGNED BUT REDACTED FOR POSTING

Here’s a striking letter by this anonymous soldier:

Dr. Taitz,

I saw the title on DrudgeReport.com “Soldier doubts Obama’s eligibility, defies president’s orders… ” and followed that to the Andrea Shea King show, so I just finished listening to you speak.

I wish to be added to the lawsuit against Barrack Hussain Obama.

My family participated in writing and signing, the Declaration of Independence.  They have fought in every major war up to Vietnam.  From what I can tell based on geneology work, at least 12 generations of my family have served in this nation’s armed forced, and as such my family has paid heavily over the past few hundred years to create, protect, and defend this country.

It was with that ancestry in mind that I joined the military in 1983.  At that time I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.  My allegiance is not to a president or a political party, but the Constitution of the United States.

During the past couple months since the election I have suffered severe mental anguish due to this situation and have been torn on what to do.  My oath and allegiance to the Constitution will not allow me to sit idle while our country is overthrown by an internal enemy.  Based on all information I have seen and read, I am greatly concerned that America has elected as President someone who is not qualified to hold the postion and is an usurper.  His actions thus far, and stated intended future actions, prove him to be an enemy of the United States.

As an active-duty officer, I can be sent to combat at any time.  I believe that gives me legal standing to question Mr. Obama’s legal qualification to serve as my Commander in Chief.

To further compound the issue, last week I had the honor of administering the Oath of Office to my son who just joined the Army National Guard.  Obviously my son’s life now also rests in the hands of someone who I believe to be a fraud.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need of me to add me to this lawsuit.

Respectfully,

 REDACTED
-Phil
