: The Faculty LoungeMonument Law Round-Up

Courtesy of my friend and former colleague Alan Durham, I see that there's talk of preservation of (and access to) a couple of antebellum cemeteries in Tuscaloosa. Great article, by the way--lots of property law issues in there.
In the Raleigh News and Observer there's also talk of Confederate monuments. For reasons that I explain here, I'm against taking down such monuments.
And over at the Wall Street Journal, there's talk of stadiums named after corporate sponsors. Times are tough; we've got to cut back on advertisements.
