Erwin Chemerinsky is making the rounds, lending his analysis of the Prop 8 legal challenges. 

Heather MacDonald of the WSJ recently took the dean to task rather harshly for his role in a lawsuit that alleges that authorities in the nearby city of Laguna Beach had mistreated its homeless population. He's issued a response, in which he offers to debate MacDonald "any place, any where."  Will MacDonald go where Jacobs did not tread?  Only time will tell. Click here for details.
