The family of a boy who was mauled to death in a 2007 tiger attack at the San Francisco Zoo has agreed to settle their wrongful death lawsuit against the zoo. The financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed but attorneys confirmed that the zoo would erect a memorial in the boy?s honor. A separate lawsuit, filed by brothers injured in the attack, is still pending against the city, the Zoological Society, and a zoo spokesman.
