: New York City Personal Injury LawyerLive Abortion Case leaves Doctor in Miami without a License
By Marc Jay Bern
A Doctor losses his license after he allegedly performed a live abortion for a teenage mother. The Teenager went to Pierre Jean-Jacques Renelique to get a planned abortion however she gave birth instead to a baby girl when the clinical staffers then placed the baby girl in a plastic bag and threw her away. Although Renelique was not present when the baby was murdered he did falsify records. The matter is being held as a criminal investigation as of now in which no paper have been filed. Policemen stated that is a baby is born alive the doctor cannot legally put the baby down even with the consent from the mother. The mother is seeking damages for allegedly witnessing the murder of her baby girl, for emotional distress, as well as for shock and trauma during the birth/abortion. When the mother went to her scheduled abortion Renelique was not there but was told to wait for him to come when the mother felt a large pain and delivered her baby girl. The staffers cut the umbilical cord as the mother could see her baby girl’s chest breathing, then they put the baby and afterbirth in a biohazard trash bag and then essentially threw the baby away. If you or a loved one has had an ill experience resulting in birth injuries, contact the law office of Napoli Bern Ripka, LLP as soon as possible.
