Das OVG Münster hat das Entfernen eines Fahrrads am Münsteraner Hauptbahnof für rechtswidrig erachtet.

Aus der Pressemitteilung des OVG vom 3.2.2009 ist zu entnehmen, dass der 5. Senat mit Beschluss vom 30. Januar 2009 - 5 A 2239/08 - ein entsprechendes Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichts Münster vom 11. Juli 2008 (hier die damalige Blog-Meldung) bestätigt hat.
