North East Settlement Funding Still Answering "Seeley Investments" As Nightmare on Main Street Continues

Structured settlement broker Christopher J. Seeley just can't shake cash now pusher "tenant"  North East Settlement Funding.  Seeley stated on January 5, 2009 "I have never advised an annuitant to seek cash in exchange for future payments, nor do I plan to do so ??

Before I continue let's make it perfectly clear that structured settlement factoring IS NOT an illegal business practice.  The issue is those companies' marketing and advertising practices and issues of adequate disclosure which have been previously covered.

Now let's continue by viewing two exhibits culled from a Google search of the key words "massachusetts structured settlements" and "connecticut structured settlements" on January 28, 2009.
