Chris Strunk, who has filed two Freedom Of Information Act requests concerning Dunham / Soetoro (Obama) records, received a response to a 101608 FOIA on Ann Dunham and 112208 expanded FOIA dated 01/12/09.
Further, Mr. Strunk mentioned the following:
As yet I have not heard from the Court in regards to my motion for the amended supplement to include US DHS [Department of Homeland Security], which is in fact, is referenced by US DOS. I am proceeding to formalize such request for the Court by Monday.
