- I only buy cleaning supplies in citrus scents and candles in citrus or "fresh linen" scents. I also try very hard to buy "green" cleaning supplies. 

- My hair was very very curly as a toddler, but it straightened out until high school when it started getting curly again. 

- I am obsessed with garlic, chives and cilantro as spices. They make everything taste better. 

- I have teeny tiny wrists & ankles and very short hands and feet. But chubby fingers. I call my chubby fingers my "pudge". My Mom and Aunt & cousin on my Mom's side have the same thing. Except they all have huge feet. I suppose that means I win. 

- I wear the same jewelry every day. I have more jewelry, but I rarely change it up. I think this makes me classic. PAG says I'm boring. 

- I love creme brulee irrationally. 

- But I also love chocolate. Which makes ordering dessert difficult sometimes. 

- My first kiss was on a sledding hill & it was horrible. Worst first kiss ever! I was 15. 

- In high school most of my friends had their Mom's sew sleeves onto their prom dresses. One of them called me a hussy for wearing a strapless dress. That is when I knew college in New Orleans was the proper choice. 

- There are restaurants in New Orleans that I dream about. Specifically Galatoire's & Emeril's. 

- But I would never, ever eat at an Emeril's resturant outside of New Orleans. Ever. Poor service and food. In New Orleans? A wonderful meal. 

- My only birthmark is on the bottom of my right foot. It is shaped like a small teardrop. 

- My favorite thing to make is red beans & rice or chili. I like it when I have something bubbling on the stove all day.
