Lawyer of the Week: Vivian Robinson

The barrister Vivian Robinson, QC, of QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers, has been appointed as the first general counsel to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO). The appointment was prompted by the de Grazia report, published last June, which criticised the agency for its low conviction rate and recommended the appointment to increase its legal capability.
