View the article here 01/20/2009 A former Ukiah Police officer on Monday turned himself in to the Mendocino County jail to begin serving a 90-day sentence for sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl. Billy Lee Moore, 71, was arrested last year after the girl reported that Moore forced her to kiss him and would kiss parts of her body, according to the Mendocino County District Attorney's Office.
