: Structured Settlements 4RealElizabeth Pressman and Cybersettle Structured Settlements False Advertising
By John Darer
The Cybersette website biography for Cybersettle Structured Settlements CEO Elizabeth Pressman states as follows:
"Her successes in implementing strategies are born of two factors: her reputation in broad-based consulting with personal injury attorneys and her comprehensive and full-market access to the nation?s leading insurance companies".
Comments
- Definition of comprehensive is "covering completely or broadly" Source: Merriam-Webster
- "Comprehensive" when taken together with full-market access removes the "wiggle room". It can only mean one thing. Unfortunately for Cybersettle Structured Settlements it is not true as advertised. This author has confirmed two structured settlement annuity issuers where neither Elizabeth Pressman, nor Cybersettle Structured Settlements, nor Pressman Settlements Corporation has an appointment to sell its structured settlement product.
- Cybersettle Structured Settlements and Elizabeth Pressman have been false advertising that statement for in excess of one year!
- "Full market access" is a term of art used by certain plaintiff structured settlement consultants to imply that working with them will give you more competitive pricing on structured settlement annuities.
- When do Elizabeth Pressman and Cybersettle Structured Settlements inform the tort victim and the plaintiff lawyer that they DO NOT have direct access to all structured settlement markets as they advertise?
- Is Cybersettle Structured Settlements' $100,000 the price for attorneys to look the other way on false advertising?
