Texas Execution

Texas executed Curtis Moore last night in Huntsville.  It was the state and the nation's first execution in 2009.The Associate Press has this report on the execution.  Texas has by far the most active death chamber in the nation and the most crowded calendar of scheduled executions.  According to TDCJ, 13 more execution dates are already set in 2009.  Frank Moore is to be executed on January 21st, the next Texas execution.  He is not related to Curtis Moore.
