Connerat v. Browning: FL Case Dismissed

Dr. Taitz reported today further information on the Connerat v. Browning case. Per the Florida Supreme Court docket, it was dismissed on Friday, December 19 according to the following:

Petitioner’s petition for writ of mandamus is hereby dismissed without prejudice because the petition does not set forth a clear legal right. Petitioner’s Motion for Immediate Hearing is denied as moot.

The case was originally docketed on Friday, December 12, according to the following:

FILED AS “PETITION FOR EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY WRIT OF MANDAMUS AND STAY OF 2008 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION TO BE CONDUCTED IN FLORIDA SENATE CHAMBERS AT 2:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2008″

Apparently, this case was another case filed to stay an election which, as we’ve discovered, is highly unlikely to be granted.
