GA - Former Police Officer Indicted On Rape Charges

View the article here 12/19/2008 CLAYTON COUNTY - A Clayton County grand jury indicted a former Forest Park police officer on rape and other sex charges Friday. Kenneth Andrew Schmidt is accused of assaulting a woman in the back seat of his police cruiser. Prosecutors said he offered the alleged victim a ride home following a traffic stop in April.
