Johnson was just trying to enjoy his high, man, when the local cops had to come in and bust it all up by arresting him and issuing 10 citations. Well, not so much citations as traffic tickets. Because Johnson, you see, a href="http://www.poststar.com/articles/2008/11/16/news/local/14100743.txt"was driving his riding lawnmower around downtown/a at the time./p pThe better part of the story is that the Johnson drew attention to himself not just because he was riding the mower downtown at midnight, but because there was another man riding on the hood.
