Candidate Qualification: SC Democratic Party Chair Letter

In my continuing coverage of what the States say about qualifying candidates for office, Justin Riggs at yourfellowcitizen.com followed up on a previous report in which South Carolina Democratic Party Chair Carol Fowler FAXed him a self-ascribing certification of eligibility (meaning that he certified himself to be eligible) from Barack Obama.

Remember that while actions in the State and federal judiciary are meant to satisfy fulfilling constitutional requirements on behalf of Barack Obama, it is very likely to take State-based action to completely fix the fact that nobody seems to want to take responsibility for verifying candidate eligibility.
