ADVERTISEMENTS
I am ridiculously incapable of understanding Real Estate. I am just . . . not getting it. Or major aspects of it. It's like another language to me. I read it all semester. I always thought I understood what was going on. And I'd get to class and think I had studied Spanish while the professor was speaking Greek. It is like Tax--there is a knack to it, for want of a better word. And I don't have time to develop the knack. It took many long hours of practice and slogging, and I finally got a handle on Tax last year.
But Real Estate is eluding me.

I need someone to plug me into one of those computer things from the Matrix movies. Load up some real estate knowledge, and maybe some martial arts while they're at it.
"I know kung fu."
Downside: hard to hide a hole in the back of my head with my lawyer hair.
