This morning started out with a car accident. BISMOW and I were off to a meeting in Savannah when someone (some idiot) ran a stop sign and we just smacked right into him. Airbags deployed, the front of the car was banged up, and we have some bumps and bruises. I have a bruise on my shin and shoulder, my hip and my knee, and well, let me just say, BISMOW and I feel a little bag for wrecking my grandfather's car. Hmph on that.

Later in the day we went out to lunch in Savannah and stopped at a local bookshop with my Grandmother. She knows the owner, and as we sat their chatting, I looked up and realized Jennifer Garner was buying some children's books. And then I noticed Ben Affleck moseying around. Then I noticed Bradley Cooper (of Wedding Crashers) chatting it up with Ron Rifkin (of Alias and Brothers & Sisters) and Victor Garber (of Titanic & Alias & Eli Stone). And then I just kind of stood there. And Jennifer and I smiled at each other, and my goodness is she gorgeous. And Ben Affleck, well, he is gorgeous too. And I just kind of stood there and wasn't sure what to do, and we all chatted, and then we all left, and all of these famous people were in our way and we just kind of scooted through, and I thought to myself, really?

So in summation all I can say is hmm, what an odd day.
