: Structured Settlements 4RealText Link Advertising Potentially Risky For Advertisers
By John Darer
Text link advertising is a form of promotion which for a price provides a highlighted hyperlink from the purchased key word to your website. What seems like a positive however, has a huge downside that could lead to the impression that your company is a purveyor of false and misleading advertising.
Settlement Capital Corporation is a factoring company based out of Dallas Texas. I respect the company for not participating in the "cash now" pushing and "financial crack" dealing that is so prevalent in the factoring industry. Nothing on the company's web site suggests that it places structured settlement annuities. Furthermore, a cursory review of several state insurance websites shows no insurance license for Settlement Corporation.
So I was surprised to read the following after receiving a Google alert on "structured settlements" Download Smartmoves Book Fallacy promoting Settlement Capital Through Text Links
"Get your structured annuity settlement needs from SCC"
"There are many options for you in dealing with your settlements such as lump sum payments or any other structured settlements quotes offered"
So in reading the above link... to the lay person, to the consumer, what business does it state that Settlement Capital Corporation in?
