: IBLS Internet Law BlogI will start an internet advertising company, do I need to pay sales taxes?
By IBLS Editor
I am trying to start an internet advertising company. I will be buying advertising space from web site and selling it to advertisers. I am not sure if I would have to pay sales tax. If I would, where would I have to pay it? Would it be in my state/city? Would it be in the city/state where my server is? I am grateful for any information regarding this matter.
Thank you in advance. Hazim
