: Structured Settlements 4RealPressman Settlements False Advertising is Misleading Attorneys and Tort Victims
By John Darer
Pressman Settlements Corporation of Amherst, NY and Miami , FL continues to falsely advertise on its website that it has full-market access to top-rated, financially secure life companies (issuing structured settlements). This author has confirmed today that there are two companies that Pressman Settlements DOES NOT have an appointment with.
Pressman Settlements Corporation is the second firm from the Buffalo New York area that has been exposed for falsely advertising "full market access" to attorneys and tort victims (see Forge Consulting "Full Market Access"=Bull September 24, 2008). Coincidentally Elizabeth Pressman, the CEO of Pressman Settlements Corporation, is a former employee of Forge Consulting, LLC.
Attorneys and tort victims are well advised to read the September 24, 2008 post for issues that arise when your settlement consultant "pipelines" annuity markets.
