Black Tea

I have an ongoing feud with this guy who works at the Dunkin Donuts near my work over my tea order. Two or three times a week, I go in and order a medium hot tea with sugar. If I get this guy, he says, "So you want it black?" I say, no, I want it with sugar. He says, "I know. But, black?" Because he thinks if it doesn't have cream, it's black, which makes no sense. Why can't he just ask me "So no cream?" Of course, if I wanted cream I would have said "with cream and sugar" in the first place. Sigh.

Of course, this makes no sense on a whole other level because tea isn't even black, coffee is, and "black tea" is an actual, separate product.

I have had to give in and say, "Yeah, black" in order to get my hands on my tea. So I guess it isn't so much a feud as me losing.

I guess you can tell that I'm a little cranky in the morning.
