On January 17 former owners of Miss Donya?s Daycare, Scott and Donya Hall, were sued by J.D. and R.D. Gilbo for negligence. The lawsuit alleges on Jan. 24, 2006, Scott intentionally sexually assaulted and battered the child who was left in his care while acting as an employee of the daycare. The Gilbos are asking for a judgment in excess of $10,000 for the child?s pain and suffering. They also seek punitive damages in excess of $10,000.
