By Christopher Bracey
This is an historic week in American history, and BlackProf has invited a handful of scholars to join us in blogging this election week. Please welcome guest bloggers Sheryll Cashin, Slyvia Lazos, Kimberly Norwood, Lester Spence, and Muriel Morisey Spence (no relation).
Sheryll Cashin is a law professor at Georgetown University Law Center, and is the author of several books, including most recently, The Agitator’s Daughter: A Memoir of Four Generations of One Extraordinary African-American Family.
Sylvia Lazos who joined us a guest blogger during the DNC this past summer, is a law professor at University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Kimberly Norwood is a professor of Law and African and African American Studies at Washington University in St. Louis (where I taught up until this year).
Lester Spence is a professor of political science at Johns Hopkins University, and continues his exploits in the blogosphere at www.blacksmythe.com.
Finally, Muriel Morisey is a law professor at Temple University who brings with her legal expertise as well as an interesting career in politics and public policy.
