: ClassLawBlog.comAutoLight Overcharge Investigation
By classlawblog
Finkelstein Thompson LLP is investigating allegations that manufacturers and distributors of aftermarket automobile lighting products (?AutoLights?) may have been wrongfully overcharging their customers. If you purchased headlamps, bulbs, parking, tail and interior lights, spot lights, fog lights, auxiliary lights or other automobile lighting products, you may have been a victim of this practice.
According to recently filed class action complaints, certain parties have alleged that TYC Brother Industrial Company, Depo Auto Parts Industrial Co., Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co., Ltd., Genera Corporation, Maxzone Auto Parts Corp., and E-Lite Automotive, Inc. collusively set the prices of the AutoLights they sold. If these allegations are true, AutoLights purchasers may be entitled to legal remedies.
If you feel that you may have been victimized by this practice and wish to discuss your rights and interests in this matter, please contact our Washington, D.C. office toll-free at (877) 337-1050 or by email at contact@finkelsteinthompson.com.
