Thanks to St. Louis Today's twitter feed -- Judge in Los Angeles Still Undecided in Cyber-Bully Case -- for hipping us to what's going on in our own backyard.
ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCHA federal judge in Los Angeles has once again failed to decide whether to throw out the criminal charges against former Dardenne Prairie resident Lori Drew, accused of the cyber-bullying that caused or contributed to the suicide of 13-year-old neighbor in St. Charles County.
In a motion hearing Thursday morning in Los Angeles, U.S. District Judge George H. Wu said lawyers should move forward with preparations for the trial, now scheduled for Nov. 18, but did not promise to rule on Drew's lawyers' motions to dismiss the case before then.

I've been covering this case for some time and have, in fact, devoted a chapter in the ABC's of Conflict Resolution to it - B is for Bully - due out from Janis Publications soon.
