: Capital Defense WeeklyDown ballot races: judicial elections
By cdw
ADVERTISEMENTS
With the top of the ticket all but decided (Senator McCain is purportedly trailing in early voting even in his home state), media attention is starting to turn to down ballot races. I’ve been looking in vain for a good analysis of judicial elections for the upcoming elections other than fairly awesome collection of links at the American Judicature Society. If you know of a good review of the potential post-election state of the (elected) judiciary, please feel free to let us know.
McClatchy has one of the better reviews of the election and the federal judiciary here, however, I’ve yet to see a good review on criminal law and the federal elections.Full post as published by Capital Defense Weekly on October 25, 2008 (boomark / email).
