Flachsbart & Greenspoon, LLC, a boutique Chicago Loop intellectual property litigation firm, seeks a litigation associate with 1-3 years? experience.  Since opening our doors in January 2007, we have won several major cases and settlements, with two consecutive wins at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.   The ideal candidate will be outgoing yet detail oriented, will have a degree in a natural science or engineering, and will have training in at least one computer programming language.  Since our firm is small, the position will offer more mentoring, litigation and trial experience than might be available at larger firms.  Full benefits include group health, life and disability insurance, plus eligibility for our defined contribution retirement plan.
