"CASH NOW PUSHER" ATTORNEY Robert Ostrov MUST NOT BE ELECTED TO FLORIDA LEGISLATURE!

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

Let's hope someone gets the word out to Palm Beach County trial lawyers. While many trial lawyers tend to vote Democrat because of the perception that a vote for Republicans means a vote for tort reform, they need to rethink the strategy in this case.

Robert Ostrov, whose Florida job history includes senior legal positions at two companies that push the "cash now" crack on tort victims who are receiving structured settlements, opposes Majority Leader Adam Hasner in the District 87 Race on November 4th.

Under Ostrov's watch Peachtree Settlement Funding charged Patricia Chambers a 41%+ discount rate on a structured settlement factoring transaction. The "financial crack" dealer that candidate Ostrov is currently associated with solicits gullible tort victims with questionnable financial advice to trade in long term income tax free security for a car or a boat.

Under Ostrov's watch Peachtree Settlement Funding used blatantly false advertising  WITH INPUNITY stating that tort victims could get ALL their money NOW" as an inducement to get tort victims to part with long term income tax-free finanical security.

Robert Ostrov lists Michael Asseff, Andrew Savyysky and Deborah Benaim respectively, of "cash now pushers" Structured Asset Funding and Imperial, as friends on his Facebook profile.

Trial lawyers who vote in Palm Beach County should consider that a Democratic vote for Ostrov represents a vote for the numerous "financial crack" dealers nesting in Palm Beach County.

Isn't it bad enough that Palm Beach county houses some of the most offensive cash now pushers?

Isn't it bad enough that insufficient regulation of such companies advertising and solicitation allows them to pretty much say anything and do anything to get business from the most vulnerable of consumers?

VOTE ADAM HASNER ON NOVEMBER 4TH
