: Random Ramblings About Life and Law SchoolEnough already!!! Are you sick of the mudslinging? Do you want to get to the truth?
It's a website run by two newspapers--one in Florida, one in Washington, D.C.--that researches the claims made in tv and radio ads, by bloggers, in chain e-mails and even in the candidates' public appearances themselves! They give you the truth behind the claims. For example, Barack Obama's claim that his tax plan will lower taxes on 95% of American working families is true. But McCain's claim that Obama voted to raise taxes 94 times is false.
You can search by candidate, by their truth-o-meter (claims that are true, mostly true, half true, barely true, false, and "pants on fire"), their flip-o-meter, etc. It's pretty cool.
