Who Gets Custody Of The Pets?

Pets and divorce.  This is a topic that seems to be gaining momentum.  CNN recently did an article on the subject. According to CNN, "pet custody disputes in divorce are a growing area of the law. In a 2006 survey of 1,600 members of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a quarter said they had noticed an anecdotal uptick in pet-custody cases in the past five years."  Click here for the entire CNN article.
