From a comment sent to me via email: This is a PDF copy of the Order of Judge Tena Campbell concerning the "online identifiers" case in Utah against myself, John Doe. http://www.4shared.com/dir/9534755/19d8052b/sharing.html I am not sure why the news has not picked up on this yet, possibly because the state legislature had numerous news conferences saying this law was constitutional, I am presuming the Attorney General's office has chosen not to inform the media at this time.
