Brittani Elfers, 18, of Reading, was arrested on charges of making a false alarm Wednesday evening, a day after she made the false report, according to a Delhi Township police report. Elfers told officers she was raped Monday night. She later admitted she willingly had sex with the man she accused, according to Delhi police,...
