Why does every chain restaurant now serve sliders? You know, those mini-hamburgers I think first made popular by White Castle? Burger King has them. TGI Friday's has them. Ruby Tuesday's has them. An east coast chain my child loves just came out with them. Even 'reality' TV has them (Hell's Kitchen had them in the finale).I don't know what this means, but sliders are on the march.
Keep a look out for them and report back here.
