With caps limiting lawsuits to correct the behavior of physicians, it becomes imperative for the Texas Medical Board to be active in its pursuit of disciplining physicians who have unsafe behavior. The Star-Telegram has a listing of the various orders by the Texas Medical Board.

The orders include physicians who were disciplined for quality of care issues, unprofessional conduct violations and inadequate medical records. You can look up any prior violations by Texas physicians by searching the Texas Medical Board website.
