Upperclassman? ME?

ADVERTISEMENTS
It was weird walking into Sargent Hall the first couple of weeks of class. I didn't realize how many of us had been thinned out by second semester last year! People were everywhere. I kept thinking that something must be going on at school, some kind of event, but nope. Just a bunch of first-years. As much as I don't want to see people fail, it was kind of nice second semester when the hallways were quieter. I guess the energy is good, though. By the way, good luck to everyone just starting their first year!!!

But anyway, what was even stranger was logging onto my Campus Cruiser account and seeing "Upperclassmen" listed under my communities. I don't feel like an upperclassman! The evening program takes 4 years instead of 3, anyway, so I'm taking Constitutional Law and Property this year, both of which are full year courses. I kind of feel like I'm a 1.5 L!

By the way, what are second year law students called in the evening program? At Suffolk it seems to be 1L, 2L, 3L and 4L. Is that how other schools do it, too?

All right, all right, back to Med Mal and Con Law I go. I'm going to get called on in Con Law tomorrow, I think. Just you wait and see.
