There's a new prosecutor blog, from a transplant to Central Washington, and aren't we all the richer for it? Some gems: There is one public defender in particular who is learning that the Motor City Madman is not a push over and that I am not as green as some of my other homies...I do legal combat with a Public Defender who shall not be named but is a pain in the ass... Let's just say I get a lot of blowjob motions to respond to...One of the public defenders I deal with is very, very motion happy. And they (sic) have to (be) watched like a hawk because this person likes to read the law and throw screwball technicalities out there to try and get things dismissed...Over the next few months, it'll be fun to watch my old Yakima County colleagues - on both sides - show this guy some Western hospitality.continue to full post
