Latham & Watkins corporate partner Jonn Beeson left the firm to join Jones Day as a partner in their Irvine, Calif. office.
Beeson focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general company representation.
He represents acquirers and targets on public company mergers, hostile takeovers, leveraged buyouts and private acquisitions. Beeson has also represented issuers and investment banks in public and private debt and equity offerings.
