If you haven't been able to get your fix of patent filing stats, take a look at this months, On the Radar over at PATracer. Filings on new patent cases are remaining fairly steady at 241 cases in 50 districts this past month. ED Tex still led with 25 (although down by 7 from last month), followed by 21 in CD Cal and 19 in ND Cal (up seven).
