Fragner Seifert nabs two real estate attorneys from Sonnenschein

Pamela_k_prickettTransactional attorneys Pamela K. Prickett and Kathy S. Yoon joined Fragner Seifert's Los Angeles office as a partner and associate, respectively.

They both were previously at Sonnenschein Nath's Los Angeles office.

Prickett has nearly three decades of experience working on complex commercial real estate matters. She represents clients in connection with the development, ownership and operation of mixed use, office, hotel, retail and other commercial properties. Prickett is also a board member for the local chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.

Kathy_s_yoon Yoon works on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate finance. She's represented individuals, small businesses, REITs, institutional clients, Global Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations.
